Sprucing Up the Roof with Paint

There are multiple types of roof shingles you can have on your home. Whether your shingles consist of asphalt, wood shake, composite, or tile, keeping them in good repair is imperative to protecting your home.

Tile roofs stand apart with their own distinct appearance. They have long been a favorite in home design, and some of them can actually be quite old. Before beginning, carefully evaluate the condition of the tiles . You want to be sure restoring them is worth your while and that the roof is not in need of replacement. If the tiles are in good condition, begin by thoroughly cleaning the tiles with a pressure washer.
