Dealership Warranty Disputes

If you discover a problem or flaw with your new vehicle, visit the dealership and have it corrected. Your Factory Warranty will probably cover the cost of fixing any factory defects. (Read your Factory Warranty Book for details.)

Occasionally, however, some new car owners find the Service Department of a dealership unable or unwilling to correct a problem that should be covered by the Factory Warranty. If this happens to you, then you should immediately bring the problem to the attention of the General Manager of the dealership.

If the General Manager is unable or unwilling to help you, your next step should be to contact the Regional Office for the manufacturer of your vehicle.

If the Regional Office is unable or unwilling to help you, then you should next deal directly with the manufacturer's National Office.
